Join Our Growing Architectural Design Network
Our architectural design firm is expanding nationwide through online platforms such as Upwork, Thumbtack, and Bark. We welcome motivated professionals to join our Agent Partnership Program and grow with us as we establish a stronger presence across multiple states.
Agents participate in our program as independent representatives of the company. Participation does not require agents to leave their current employment.
We respect the privacy and security of every agent. Agents are not required to disclose their personal account passwords to the company. All account-related activities remain under the agent's control. Any withdrawal, transfer, or financial transaction involving the agent's account will only be conducted with the agent's knowledge, cooperation, and explicit consent.
Upon acceptance into the program and execution of the partnership agreement, the company will provide one computer for use in performing agent-related duties and company activities.
During the onboarding period, the company's professional bidding specialists will manage and submit bids on behalf of the business.
Since professional bidders manage bids through your account, new agents do not need to sit face-to-face at a remote computer to work, and the project bid success rate．Save your time.
Agents who wish to work as professional bidders can receive training from the company every day.
To support new agents during the startup phase, all approved bidding and proposal-related expenses associated with company operations will be paid by the company.
If no projects are successfully awarded through the agent's Upwork account during a calendar month, the company will provide a monthly support payment of $100 to help offset electricity and operational expenses incurred while participating in the program.
When bidding activities generate successful project awards, agents will receive compensation equal to 30% of the monthly net income generated through their account, calculated after applicable taxes and deductions. Payments will be made on a monthly basis.
Agents who participate in in-person meetings, consultations, site visits, or other face-to-face interactions with prospective or existing clients during the bidding and project development process will be compensated at a rate of $50 per hour.
Candidates who agree to the terms and conditions of the Agent Partnership Program may begin the onboarding process by signing the company agreement, receiving a company-provided computer, and working with our professional bidding team to establish and optimize their Upwork account for business development activities.
